We take practical steps to reduce packaging waste, unnecessary transport and energy consumption:

• Reusing packaging: We reuse suitable boxes and protective packaging wherever possible, while maintaining product protection and hygiene requirements.
• Consolidating orders: We carefully plan and combine orders where practical to reduce separate shipments, packaging and delivery journeys.
• Low-energy lighting: We use low-energy lighting to reduce electricity consumption.
• Solar power: We have solar panels to generate renewable electricity and reduce our reliance on grid electricity.

We will continue these measures and look for further opportunities to reduce waste and emissions across our purchasing, deliveries and day-to-day operations.
