You can upload a custom report cover and add a logo, which will appear in emails sent from the system.

if you wish to have multiple report cover brands and email logo’s you can if you have activated application grouping option. With application grouping turned on you can separate your application and for each group having its over cover and email logo.

Adding a custom report cover and email logo is optional; the application will work without these.

Your application will need a default report cover and email logo. To do this;

Designing a report cover

You will need to upload an A4-sized .png image. The best way to do this is to create it in PowerPoint (or something similar).

1. Create a new PowerPoint presentation

2. Now, adapt the slide size (normality on the design tab) to A4 portrait

3. Create your design, leaving a blank space in the middle for the Fitech application to overprint with the subject's name

4. Save your work, and then under the file menu, click export

5. Choose file format .png (PNG)

Uploading your custom report cover

1. Log in as an administrator to https://admin.fitechglobal.com

2. Click on the Modify Details tab

3. Scroll down to the Customisations section and set the Use custom report cover option to Yes

4. Scroll to the bottom and click update

5. Click on the Modify Details tab

6. Scroll down to the Customisations section and see an option called Report Background Image. Click choose file and select the report.png file you created.

7. Scroll to the bottom and click update

8. Click on the Modify Details tab

9. Next to the box where you just uploaded your cover, you will see an icon that looks like an eye. Click on this to see/confirm your cover has uploaded

Uploading your email logo

1. Click on the Modify details tab

2. Scroll down to Customisations

3. Next to the option Email header, click on Choose file to upload your logo. For sizing, ensure your logo is no bigger than 600px wide.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click update

5. Click on the Modify Details tab

6. Next to the box where you just uploaded your email logo you will see an icon that looks like an eye. Click on this to see/confirm your logo has uploaded

Adding more custom report covers and logos with application grouping.

With application grouping turned on, you can, if you wish, have a separate report cover and email logo for each or use the default application covers you created in the previous section. Before you can do this, you must first set up the new groups; details are here.

Application group report covers and email logos

To add custom report covers to groups.

1. Click the Settings tab

2. Select ‘Manage Application Grouping Names’

3. Next to the group you want to add a cover to, click the pencil icon

4. Change the Report Branding option to ‘Create group-specific report branding

5. You will now see two new options;

6. Report caption sets the brand name of the report cover, for example, ACME Health Services

7. Report Background is where you will upload your report cover

8. When done, click update

9. Now select again in the pencil icon to check that your cover has been uploaded by clicking on the ‘eye’

To add and configure the group email logo and options

1. Click the Settings tab

2. Select ‘Manage Application Grouping Names’

3. Next to the group you want to add a cover to, click the pencil icon

4. Change the Email option to ‘Create group-specific email details

5. Scroll down to find the Email Image option and upload your logo

6. When don,e click update

7. Now select again in the pencil icon to check that your cover has been uploaded by clicking on the ‘eye’
